Description:

Insulated flexible duct has high and low temperature resistance, and remains good flexibility without delamination in a wide temperature range.

The duct is made up of a aluminium/polyester film laminated core, incorporating a coated mechanical spring wire helix and solvent based adhesive.

The duct is constructed in a way that allows it to maintain its full diameter throughout bends. When correctly installed, it offers low resistance to air flow.

Porformance Data:

· The product consists of inner core hose, middle glass wool insulation layer and outer jacket composite aluminum foil.

· Use high quality flame retardant glass fiber in the middle to resist flame retardant, anti-aging and long service life

· The material has strong toughness, can be flexibly stretched and bent, and does not break.

· Easy to install.

· Multiple specifications can be customized according to customer's actual needs.

Insulated Flexible Duct Feature

1. Slightly perforated inner core covered by fiberglass insulation and aluminum/ polyester laminated outer jacket

2. Good fire resistance and acoustic performance along with good thermal insulation and flexibility
